The vast project of the ‘Maison Communale d’Ixelles (MCI)’ is based on the global redevelopment of the municipal building block located in the heart of Ixelles.
The program contains an underground parking and municipal offices, beautifully hidden behind the curtain wall system of level high glass facades. In their turn, they are cautiously divided by a horizontal and vertical structure in white architectural concrete, posed on a bluestone base.
